We offer two packages for photobooths - extra hours can be added - please contact us if you need a custom package building.

Please note, these prices are for clients in the South Wales area - photobooths in different cities are the same prices, but are subject to a travel fee. Please contact us to get a quote.

FAQ

When will we get our photos?

All online galleries will be available within 48 hours of your event.

How many pictures will we receive?

This completely varies on how much your guests use the booth - we don't give a set amount as this can vary from event to event.

How big is the photobooth?

The photobooth is a big gal, she's 8.2ftx8.2ftx8.2ft, so we always ask that you check with your venue before booking as no refunds will be given if bookings cannot go ahead due to lack of space.

How do I pay?

Upon booking, you pay your deposit - which is deducted from your total, (e.g - if you book The Party Platinum Package, your deposit will be £45, and then your balance owed goes down to £140).
Full balance is due one week prior to your event date.

Guests can purchase prints on the night - we take card or cash.

Payments are taken via bank transfer or Paypal.

Can I pre-pay for prints so guests don't have to?

Absolutely! When booking, pop us a message with your guest count/how many prints you'd like to pre-pay for and we can add it to your balance.
We can arrange for tokens/vouchers to be handed out to guests prior to the booth being set up, (they work brilliantly as wedding favours!), so that everyone has the opportunity to get a print.
When the pre-paid prints are almost all given out, we will let you know and ask if you'd like to pay for any more prints or if you'd prefer guests to pay for their own from that point onwards.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees whatsoever. Our packages outline everything you receive, we won't make you pay extra for any digital images.

The only time you will pay more than the package price is if you're outside of our coverage area and we need to charge a travel fee - which we are transparent about upfront - or if you would like to add any extras, (extra hours on top of your package, an amount of prints on the night, USB's, etc.)

will you share our photos?

I will never share photos without your consent, no matter what.
I've had clients request only certain photos get posted, certain guests not get posted, or nothing at all get posted. I will always respect your decision to keep your images away from social media.
If you give consent to begin with and decide you want your images removed for any reason, please do just let me know and I will remove them as soon as I see your message.

Are these for weddings only?

Not at all! We've been booked for all kinds of celebrations - birthday parties, weddings, engagement parties etc. No celebration is too big or too small!

Do you have any 'rules'?

I'm not a fan of the word 'rules', but there are some policies I have in place.

1. If I am put in a situation where I feel my safety is at risk, I will cease service and leave site immediately. This can include, and is not limited to - illegal activity taking place, aggressive behaviour, (both verbally and physically), sexual/non sexual harassment, etc. No refunds will be issued if I have to leave early for my safety.

2. If your balance hasn't been paid by the outlined date, I will not attend and any moneys paid will be forfeited. I can be flexible, we are all human and sometimes we need a little extra time to pay things, but if I have had no communication and no payment, I will deem my services no longer required.
